AP Govt recognised CLISc course - 4 months duration, Class 10 eligibility
Course Evolution
1966: Certificate Course in Library Science (CLISc) - 4 months, Class 10 eligibility
Later: Extended to 5 months course with Intermediate as minimum qualification
Since 1989: Courses in English & Telugu as media of instruction
Two Batches per Year: June & December intake
Certificates issued by Department of Education, Government of AP
Paturi Nagabhushanam School of Library Science
After the demise of Late Sri Paturi, the School is being run as Paturi Nagabhushanam School of Library Science providing hands-on experience and imparting technical skills to the needy.
